I'm going to a "school girl" themed party and need help finding the perfect outfit.?

I have a cute very short, red plaid, pleated skirt I will probably wear. The top that came with it is a the average tie up little white top, which is adorable... however I am looking for something better. I think there are cuter tops... shoes.... hair pieces. I want to have the cutest outfit! I am very tall, thin, and small chested. Do you have any suggestions?
