Hi

I'm 14 and I got my first HPV vaccine about 5 months ago and I got my second one about 2-3 months ago. Since my first shot, I haven't been getting my period at all and I'm experiencing hair loss that is a LOT more than what I used to lose. Whenever I comb my hair, despite combing from the bottom to top, I still lose a whole bunch of hair. Now, I noticed I can see more of my scalp in the front and I was wondering if this is from the shot?

Also, I changed my diet pretty gradually from eating a lot to a lot less in the pass 7-8 months because I'm trying to lose 10 pounds. Does that have to do with anything because I do eat the amount my body needs. Whenever I'm hungry, I munch on food, it's just that I cut off all junk food slowly and substitute most of the unhealthy main courses with fruits and some veggies. Just giving out this piece of info because I know an alternation of a diet can result with these things.

(My current doctor is very bad, by the way.)

ok i am not sure of your sex life, but take a pregnancey test, you may be pregnant if you have been haveing sex, or something else is wrong with in your body then if that is it get to the doctors and do a exam.

thats kind of wierd cuz the same thing happened to me! Like my hair was coming out a lot easier and i hadn't had a period in 4 months but my perion finally came back and now it's regular again and my hairs not coming out as easy anymore

i think it has sumthing to do with the shots possibly i mean they have no way of telling if it's not frum it cuz it's a new drug

I doubt that the vaccine has anything to do with it. Two things you can do is get professional advice, e.g. from a dietician or a doctor [not from a faddy diet book] about your change in eating habits and secondly change your doctor to one you can relate to and get a check -up, especially if your symptoms persist.
