I was thinking of dyeing my hair a light ash blonde by natural match later in the summer when my roots grow out. My hair has highlights so would you still see the highlights in myhair when its dyed? like will there be blonder pieces and darker pieces? Or will it go all the one color?

You might see the color just wipe a piece of hair off by Ur root and see if u can see them if u can re-apply hair die to the part of hair u wiped off. Check diffrent pieces of the hair every time. repeat tell u can no longer see the other color but do not exceed the time the box gives you

you'll have light parts and darker parts and yes your roots well come out

It will all be one color, but as you wash your hair and have it exploited to the sun and wind etc. it will start to fade, and the light colors will be noticeable (if those highlights were bleached)
