I hate the violet burgundy tones in my hair its looks like *** please tell me what i can do toner wise or soap cap wise or any kind of remedys to fade color....i look like a piece of ****

violet burgundy tones.. okay do the soap cap.... mix the 30vol with bleach and add the strongest shampoo, if you want add dawn ultra instead of the shampoo and put it in your hair, once its lifted enough (dont forget to go under a dryer) once you get those violet burgundy tones, use a yellow-green base toner, (ash is a green base... if you dont have a toner with both, make it) if you see that your hair comes out red-orange, use a blue-green base, if its just red use a green/ash base, if its just orange-use a blue base... Here's some tips to remember... LA LAkers: violet and yellow; NY KNICKS: blue %26amp; yellow; christmas: green %26amp; red... hope it helped out

Let me guess...you went platinum and then decided to go auburn...? The removal of the color in the platinum process removes the natural undertones from each strand...these undertones are what the chemical colors attach to. In their (undertone) absence, the "real" color of the chemical is revealed. Think of how blue and yellow make green...or red and blue make violet.

This can be corrected professionally; however, you will need to schedule an appointment with a color specialist or someone who knows how to replace the hair's natural pigmentation.

My daughter woke up on her 15th birthday with violet hair...and she had school the next day! We actually found someone on a Sunday to treat her "problem".

You could change the tone with the color that is opposite to violet on the color wheel,but you said it is to dark,so I don't think you should put any more color in it until you can lighten it up some. An old salon trick is to use dish detergent to lighten if the color is to dark. I've done it on my own hair because the color came out WAY to dark. I used the detergent almost every day for a couple weeks and it lightened my hair allot. I really couldn't believe how much color came out. It lightened it enough to where I did not have to use a soap cap or bleach. I was able to color right over it too. If you do try this,make sure to use a good conditioner every time you do it. If this does not work enough you will need to go to a salon that has someone that specilizes in color correction. Don't try to do it your self.
