I like side ponytails and pulled back bangs with some pieces straightened and others crunched. I'm up for anything new. Does anyone also have ideas for some hair syles??
And for the eyes I don't mean pop out of the eye socket. I mean the blue in the eye. I want it to stick out.

I think for blue eyes bronze, gold and browns will make your eyes stand out the most because they are contrasting colours.

omg.. this can't be more perfect...
I have long brown hair, and grey-blue eyes...
What I do, is I wear black eyeliner and black mascara...
One day, at school, I didn't wear any makeup, but then the next day, when I did wear makeup, people were saying that they liked the color or my eyes... so it should work...

The contrasting color in color-wheel theory is orange, and brown is a derivative/variation of orange. The other respondant is correct that browns would be good. With your fair/cool tone though, bronzes that are too warm, coppers and golds might look unflattering. I would stick with cooler or more neutral browns and taupes. I recommend MAC Coquette shadow hightly. I have grey-blue eyes, cool/fair skin, and light brown hair, for reference.
Smoky eye looks are really those that use more muted (smoky) and often darker colors. Taupes, browns, greys, black and other dark muted colors can be used for a smoky eye look. There are excellent tutorials at EnKore Makeup on YouTube.com.
Good luck and take care!

For blue eyes, I would use some type of brown or gold eyeshadow and a gray or black liquid eyeliner (using liquid takes practice! so dont give up!) and a light pink or skin color gloss and lip liner. Oh and dont use the liquid on the bottom lid, it burns.
For your hair, I would suggest you cut it. But put layers. buy(if you dont already have one) a 1 inch ceramic curling iron and curl your hair around the barrel so that it twists into a cyclonic shape. Lightly spary with hair spray. And for your bangs, use a blow dryer and a round brush to set them too the side of you face. This gives a beautiful frame.
Eyeliner: Teliscopic liquid eyeliner
Shadow: Almay for blue eyes.
Gloss:Pink sand Nyc
Liner:Match gloss.
Curling iron: Revlon (I dont know the name but it is red... lol)
Hair spray: Aussie
