My hair is impossible and my straightner is a piece of crap. i've never been able to keep it straight all day. its REALLY annoying and not very attractive. please help!!!!!!!!!!

Try a ceramic one. They get really hot, and straigten very well. I use loreal proffesional serum, but you can only get that from a salon. I have hellatiously curly hair, so I've been through the ringer with straigteners!

Gold N' Hot...also spray spritz before your straigten. That really holds it.

The Chi is an absolutely amazing flat iron. I know several hair stylist that use it on the most annoying hair. It creates silk, and protects your hair as well--it won't cause heat damage. This thing won't only last for a whole day, it will last for weeks! You can buy it in stores, or Ebay!

I'm doing the natural thing, so I don't put heat to my hair, however, if I decide to wear it straight, I'm going for the Chi myself. It made my hair quite silky. It will run you about $80-$150, depending on the style you get, but it's definitely worth every dime.

Not into the whole high price ones? Try revlon's in any walmart. ( About $20) However, because you said that your hair is impossible, I decided to go with the high end ones that many professionals use.
