A good hair style/cut?

Ok so I've been growin out my hair for a year now, and it used to be realllllly short. And I have absolutley no idea what to do with it now.

Its riight on the top of my shoulders, some pieces are a little shorter than that.

If it helps, my face is kinda oval, I have a pointy chin, high cheekbones that stick out a little, a long neck, and Im pretty thin. Oh and my hair's straight and average thickness.

the best thing to do is get the layered look with side bangs so when you need to you cand and curls and stuff
